Projects

I have joined a few excellent groups on Facebook for modelers. I have gotten a few project cars to restore. One a 41 Plymouth I will build as a gasser, and the other is the "moonshiner" 40 Ford I got for a song on ebay. The interior is painted and the body has been sanded and first primed. Here are so pics of them.

Jag XKE glue bomb resto

This is a kit I built long time ago when I used to drink. It was horrible and was ready for the parts box when I decided to bring it back to life. It was stripped of paint and redone in Testors BRG and buffed out with Colorback, and shined with Novus. I looks much better now.

New Project Moonshine Runner

This is a junker I just bought on an auction site for $4. It is complete, but needs to be totally disassembled and redone. I plan on making into a moonshine runner, complete with souped up motor, moonshine tank, etc. Here is the car upon arrival in the "shop".

More Stuff

These are some more models built for sale on ebay and emodels. I have not been over joyed with the ebay results and have been trying other more model related venues.

The Mini shown has a real leather convertible top and was originally a coupe that I converted to a cabriolet. The Caravan is made up as a state police Coroner's Unit starting as a AMT Grand Caravan kit. The Corvette was purchased on ebay for .99 and taken apart and redone. Not my best work and still netted $22.50 BACK on ebay. Enjoy!
